Brian’s concentrations at Knowledge Strategy Solutions® include the execution and documentation of targeted document collections for litigations, document analytics for e-discovery in litigations, and the analysis and assessment of records retention schedules for client implementations. In addition, Brian is responsible for compiling and maintaining Knowledge Strategy Solutions® extensive database of records retention schedules, as applied in various industries, both regulated and unregulated.
Brian earned his J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law (2013). He received his LL.M. from Cardozo in Intellectual Property in May of 2014.
Brian was one of the first law school graduates to participate in the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law (Cardozo) Data Law Initiative, the first law school program in the United States that recognizes the need for lawyers to understand the value of information governance, knowledge strategies, and sensible e-discovery in the practice of law.
Brian is admitted to the New York State Bar.
